Missing in action no longer is singer M.I.A. This week she leaked her latest track via Twitter; it’s called “THERES SPACE FOR OL DAT I SEE” and it’s very trippy and spacey for sure. It is likely the first single off her upcoming album tentitively titled Mission.Impossible.Area. What do you think?

Rabbid Lady Gaga fans and YouTubers BINKproductionz created this shot-by-shot re-creation of Lady Gaga’s hit “Bad Romance.” The parody is so true to the actual music video that Lady Gaga watched it and was so impressed by it that she shared it with all her fans via her Twitter page. Her response? “Holy s—.”

Yeah I know this song has been out in the wild for some time now. In fact, it’s been sitting in the upper half of the iTunes top ten chart for weeks now. As of this writing it sits at #3 and the Ocean Eyes, the album it resides on, is at the #1 spot. But for those of you who have not yet experienced Adam Young’s music video for the popular tune, do yourself a favor and watch it right now. The kid’s a brilliant song writer and artist. The music video holds an air of tranquility and chaos and best represents the conception and meaning behind the song. Enjoy.

OK Go is jumping off the treadmill and into a strange new world with their lastest video titled, “WTF.” It uses the same “datamashing” or compression artifact technology used in Kanye West’s “Welcome to Heartbreak” music video. OK Go is expected to drop their next album, Of the Blue Colour of the Sky, this January. “WTF” is available as a single on iTunes.

Sure, I’ve already posted the music video to Shakira’s “Did It Again” when it first came out. But here’s a new version featuring Kid Cudi in the remix. And look at it this way: this just gives you a reason to watch Shakira shake her hips and jump around on a bed again. Win-win.

Rapper Kid Cudi has received three Grammy nods: Best Rap Solo Performance for Day ‘n’ Nite; Best Rap Song for Day ‘n’ Nite; and Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group for Make Her Say (Featuring Common and Kanye West). His freshman album Man on the Moon: The End of Day deserves album of the year, but that’s just me (and probably a whole lot of other people, but whatever). Be sure to check out the 2010 Grammy Awards on January 31 at 8PM on CBS.
Kid Cudi recently sat down with MTV News and shared some information about his forthcoming sophomore album called Cudder:
Cudder, I already got five tracks locked in. We got Snoop, we got Pharrell. I just was in the studio with him. We got Jim Jonsin. I did a record with him. I’m gonna get back in the studio with him. Trying to get the right amount of hit records on this. It’s gonna be the complete opposite of what Man on the Moon was. Man on the Moon was so serious. This one is gonna be more playful and fun. It’s about having a good time.”
People reaching out to me wanting to collab is so bugged out. I remember when nobody wanted to do any song with me, let alone listen to my sh–. It’s been humbling since Kanye reached out. People seek my creativity; that’s dope. I don’t do the normal sh–. I don’t make the normal songs. So when people reach out, that means they’re on the same frequency.”
Definitely looking forward to Cudder. For now, though, Cudi wishes us happy holidays with a freshly cooked freestyle called “cudderisback.” Stream it below and download it here.

Timbaland is a master of beats and he is bringing his A-game yet again with tracks like “Morning After Dark.” The album will feature talents DJ Felli Fel, Justin Timberlake, Drake, Katy Perry, The Fray, Daughtry, OneRepublic, Keri Hilson, and Miley Cyrus. Rihanna’s next album titled Rated R is gaining tons of buzz as its release is soon upon us. Rihanna plans on making a big comeback after her public battle with former boyfriend Chris Brown (who is also releasing a new album soon). Yesterday the full track list was unveiled. Featured artists include Young Jeezy, Slash (!), and will.i.am. Look after the break for the full track listing.
